REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We will make our full effort to provide the best services to you, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from Apnadigitalkendra.com. However, if due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject to the following situations:
- The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency in delivery of the service or product by Apnadigitalkendra.com or its designated representatives.
- In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered.
- No refund shall be considered if the order is initiated.
- If a customer withdraws his application due to external factors (rejection from Registrar, Trademark office or any other), the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
- If an application is pending with the concerned Govt. department for an elongated period of time, a refund will not be processed.
- If the request for a refund has been raised 30 days after the purchase of a service/product or service/product delivery has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, in such cases a refund will not be considered.
- In case the client has not been responsive for over 30 days, the order will be considered null and void and will not be considered for a refund.
Change of Service
If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service within 24 hours of purchase and the order shall not be initiated.
UNCERTAIN EVENTS CAN’T BE CONTROLLED
There are many events that are not in the control of Apnadigitalkendra.com like the government’s decision to reject your application due to lawful reasons, hurdles due to the government’s lack of efficiency, etc. Therefore, any effect on your service due to government departments or other agencies not employed by Apnadigitalkendra.com will make Apnadigitalkendra.com immune from any liability and no refund shall be granted. Apnadigitalkendra.com does not ensure the outcomes or results of the services rendered by our Associates on the Expertsdesk platform, who are not employed by Apnadigitalkendra.com. Problems like these are out of our control and not covered by us or not eligible for a refund.
For any event of natural disaster like flood, storm, earthquake, fire, drought, lightning, landslide, cyclone, hurricane, typhoon or public enemy like epidemic, action of a court, famine or plague, or act by public authority like change in law or act by threat to country like explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen cause any lack of efficiency in the service provided by Apnadigitalkendra.com then such liabilities will not be borne by Apnadigitalkendra.com.
Since we’re incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or document preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Apnadigitalkendra.com – not changes to your situation or your state of mind. In case you require us to hold the processing of a service, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to commence the service.
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. In case you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
If the request for the refund has been approved by Apnadigitalkendra.com, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
